Regional Representative (Nationwide)
Lamboo Technologies, LLC is currently seeking Independent Product Sales Representatives with success in selling to the architectural/design market, construction, and building industry. Knowledge of sales to OEM companies a plus.
Expectations and Duties:
1. This is a 100% commission based opportunity. Up to 10% commission per sale.
2. Sales Rep’s will generate, foster, and close all leads generated by the rep or leads provided by the corporate office
3. All technical support, samples, marketing tools will be provided to the Rep by the Corporate office
3. Sales Rep will be expected to provide monthly updates on new and existing business to the Director of Regional Sales
4. Provide presentations of Lamboo products to architects, designers, engineers, product specifiers, and building owners
The Sales Rep should have a portfolio of non-competing, but compatible products. This shows us that the Sales Rep should have success selling in this market.
Since this is a 100% commission based position, this allows the Sales Rep to have income from different sources.
We prefer sales representatives that have a well-rounded background in different markets, however if the Sales Rep is proficient in a specific market, Lamboo is willing to help focus in the areas the Sales Rep is most familiar.
As we continue to focus on the larger cities to drive our market, we will also have individuals that will cover larger territories that may contain several smaller markets. Depending on size of the Sales Rep’s market, he/she may be required to travel up to 50% of the time. Your travel expenses are eligible for reimbursement but must be approved by the Corporate office first. The Sales Rep will be supplied with training, samples, literature, email address, and other sales tools. The Sales Rep will be required to sign a Regional Representatives Agreement prior to any active performed by the Sales Rep on behalf of Lamboo. Our goal is to build and support a team of successful representatives in their respective markets.
The sales rep will need to possess knowledge of the sale cycles for these products which can, on occasion, have lengthy sales cycles as we will be seeing projects from specification to completion. Follow-through on each lead and follow-through on each project is expected.
